Senior Product Manager

As a Senior Product Manager at RevStar, you will lead cross-functional engineering teams, run discovery workshops, leverage AI tools for rapid prototyping, and partner directly with client executives to translate complex business needs into high-impact software. You will facilitate client discovery sessions, translate client vision into actionable Product Requirement Documents, and conduct client product demos. You will also lead cross-functional pods of engineers, architects, and designers using Agile/Scrum methodologies, and drive project governance inside Azure DevOps.

What You Will Do

Your day-to-day contributions will be organized into four strategic areas: Product Vision & Client Strategy, Delivery & Team Enablement, AI Prototyping & Modern Workflows, and Account Leadership & Growth. You will facilitate client discovery sessions, translate client vision into actionable Product Requirement Documents, and conduct client product demos. You will also lead cross-functional pods of engineers, architects, and designers using Agile/Scrum methodologies, and drive project governance inside Azure DevOps.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-lifecycle Product Management experience within a client-facing, consultancy, or agency environment
• Strong understanding of MVP prioritization frameworks, user story mapping, PRD development, and Agile/Scrum delivery
• Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, and AI-assisted design/prototyping tools (e.g., v0)
• Familiarity with AWS cloud-native services or healthcare platforms/HIPAA compliance standards is a strong plus
