Senior Product Manager

The Senior Product Manager will lead strategy and execution for key products within the abdominal transplantation portfolio. This role drives both upstream and downstream product management activities, shaping product strategy, defining product requirements, and ensuring successful commercialization across the product lifecycle.

The Senior Product Manager will partner closely with R&D, commercial teams, clinical stakeholders, and executive leadership to translate voice-of-the-customer insights, clinical evidence, and market dynamics into differentiated product strategies.

Requirements

• 4–6+ years of professional experience in product management, product strategy, or front-end innovation
• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, technical field or business-related field
• Strong understanding of the medical device development process
• Fundamental understanding of biology or human anatomy
• Experience translating customer insights into product requirements and development strategy
• Experience supporting global product launches and commercialization activities
• High attention to detail, especially in the front-end innovation cycle, with an emphasis on connecting observations and insights to actionable design inputs
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse functions and expertise areas
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to translate complex technical information into clear and compelling messaging
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed organization
• Strong project management and prioritization skills
