Senior Product Manager

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to serve as a strategic product leader responsible for defining product vision, driving execution, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that create measurable customer and business value. This role combines product strategy, people leadership, and operational discipline.

What You Will Do

Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals. Translate enterprise priorities into actionable product initiatives, investment recommendations, and measurable outcomes. Lead, coach, and develop Product Managers, as applicable.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive product management, product strategy, or related experience.
• 3+ years of experience leading, managing, or formally mentoring Product Managers or Product Owners.
• Proven success defining product strategy and delivering digital products, platforms, or complex business capabilities.
• Demonstrated process management acumen, including workflow design, governance, measurement, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in Agile, Lean, or hybrid delivery environments.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to connect customer problems, product decisions, and financial outcomes.
• Excellent written, verbal, facilitation, presentation, and executive stakeholder management skills.
