Role OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead day-to-day product execution across the Digihub pillar, which spans Patient Services, CRM & Provider Tools, and AI & Automation. This position plays a key role in supporting the Digihub product pillar, partnering with the Director of Product, Digihub & Patient Experience to turn the multi-year Digihub vision into shipped product, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals, operational excellence, and compliance standards.
What You Will Do
Key Responsibilities include Digihub product execution, cross-area connective tissue, applied AI within the pillar, contribution to AI strategy and evaluation framework, cross-functional partnership, patient and provider proximity, and influence across the Digihub PM team.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of product management experience, with a track record of shipping product end-to-end at meaningful scale and direct experience applying AI within a product. Healthcare product experience is required, ideally with prior authorization, benefits investigation, formulary, step therapy, hub programs, or specialty pharmacy.
