Role OverviewAs a Senior Product Manager, you will work on things that matter, contributing to the development of the program's product management practice and shaping the long-term goals and product strategy of the program. You will use strong communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills to drive product strategy, improve product management practices, and help teams deliver meaningful outcomes.
What You Will Do
Your primary responsibilities will include building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, mentoring and coaching product team members, leading cross-functional efforts, and serving as a primary point of contact for customers and stakeholders. You will also apply deep knowledge of Agile and iterative product development practices to help cross-functional teams deliver against customer needs and program goals.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years of relevant experience
- 1+ years of experience leading or directing work across cross-functional teams
- Experience developing product strategy, roadmaps, priorities, and measurable outcomes
- Experience working directly with customers, product owners, and other stakeholders
- Experience working within Agile or iterative product development environments
