Role OverviewThe Senior Product Manager will lead resident-facing products end-to-end, from problem framing through public launch, working closely with designers, engineers, user researchers, and other city employees. The role involves shaping, shipping, and launching products that have a meaningful impact on millions of people.

Responsibilities include leading products from problem framing through public launch, moving quickly through discovery, rapid prototyping, MVP iteration, pilot, and launch, making pragmatic tradeoffs between scope, quality, and timing.

Requirements
- A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college in computer science, information systems, engineering, mathematics or related field
- Six years of satisfactory full-time experience related to enterprise architecture, solutions architecture, network architecture and/or IT infrastructure systems
- Ten years of satisfactory full-time experience related to enterprise architecture, solutions architecture, network architecture and/or IT infrastructure systems
