The Senior Product Manager is responsible for defining and executing the product strategy for assigned building product categories across their full lifecycle.

  • Identify growth opportunities through market, customer, and competitive analysis.
  • Define target consumer segment, value propositions, pricing strategies, and positioning for assigned product lines.
  • Prioritize features, SKUs, and investments based on business impact
  • Inform and guide new product development efforts from concept through launch and post-launch optimization.
  • Manage product lifecycle including line extensions, cost reductions, and end-of-life decisions.
  • Translate customer and market needs into clear product requirements and specifications.
  • Partner with Brand Management to develop go-to-market strategies for new product launches, including positioning, messaging, packaging, and launch support plans.
  • Cross-functional leadership, team management, customer and market engagement, financial and performance management, and technical functional competencies
