Role OverviewThe Senior Product Manager (Marketplace) will own and evolve the staffing product at the center of Traba's marketplace, working across both sides: the enterprise customers who run distribution centers and manufacturing lines, and the workers whose trust and reliability are what those customers are actually buying.
What You Will Do
Architect and steward product strategy across critical staffing and marketplace workflows, solve complex marketplace problems, write detailed product requirements, and partner closely with engineering teams to execute solutions.

- Experience building internal operational tooling or systems that supported real business execution
- Strong technical fluency and ability to work deeply with engineering teams
- Experience operating in startup environments where speed and ownership matter
