Senior Product Owner II

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent education and work experience.
• 4+ years of related product management experience.
• Product management background required; ability to interact and influence within the organization.
• Experience building and deploying AI chatbot or agent systems to production required.
• Ability to consult and articulate key messages to all levels within the organization.
• Basic business acumen and understanding of business processes related to products and customers.
• Experience working in Agile or SAFe development required.
• Ability to promote a work environment that fosters creative thinking and innovation.
• Collaborative with strong intellectual curiosity and creative problem-solving.
• Good analytical skills with ability to present well-thought-out, simple solutions.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and with engineering teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Must Have: Experience bringing new products to market. Experience working with Agile development teams.
• Nice To Have: Familiarity with AWS services (Connect, Lambda, ECS) and AI/ML platforms preferred. Working with & deploying AI solutions.
