We are looking for a Senior Product Strategy & Operations Manager to lead the global strategy for the Marketplace vertical, focusing on Smart+ Catalog Ads and the unified Asset Manager.

Requirements

  • 5 or more years of experience in product strategy, product marketing, or product management within the advertising technology or e-commerce landscape.
  • Deep understanding of Performance Advertising, specifically catalog-based solutions, automated bidding, and signal-based optimization (Conversion APIs/Pixels).
  • Experience working with large-scale Marketplace advertisers or "multi-sourced" commerce platforms.
  • A "Revenue-Guided" mindset with a track record of driving product adoption across global sales organizations.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into a "1+3" strategic narrative.
