Role OverviewThe Team Leader will be responsible for leading employees and working as a team to optimize production performance within a department. The role requires expertise to increase efficiency and productivity of operators and equipment within a department and to ensure consistent quality standards are met.
What You Will Do
The Team Leader will help troubleshoot equipment, assist with changeover, set-ups, and coordinate daily and monthly preventative maintenance and work schedules. They will also maintain accurate records, encourage employee continuous improvement, and lead employees by training and coaching.

- Advanced production knowledge and experience
- Knowledge of production processes, measurement, inspection, procedures, production planning and control
- Experience in SAP & Microsoft Office
