Role OverviewThe Sr. Production Manager plays a key role in executing assigned Production tasks, managing all processes and personnel in plant operations, and maintaining efficiencies as well as adherence to all plant policies and procedures.
What You Will Do
Monitor status of all assigned plant operations, direct and coordinate work activities, evaluate job performances, provide leadership for effective employee relations, and develop standard operating procedures.
