Role OverviewThe Senior Production Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and assigning the activities of production workers, ensuring that production targets are met, maintaining quality standards, and driving P&L results. This position supervises production operations within an assigned area or during assigned shifts.
What You Will Do
Supervises production workers, schedules and assigns tasks, troubleshoots issues, and implements improvements to increase efficiency and productivity. Responsible for meeting or surpassing daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and maintaining consistent production quality.
