Manage complex products liability and commercial litigation matters, defend product manufacturers, draft briefs, correspondence, and discovery responses, and oversee document collection and review.

Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- At least 15 years of legal experience
- Products liability or commercial litigation experience required
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex litigation matters
- Strong case management skills and ability to take ownership of matters
- Experience drafting briefs, correspondence, and responses to written discovery
- Experience managing document collection, review, and production
- Experience with causation and/or failure analysis
- Experience with multidistrict litigation and/or coordinated state proceedings
- Active bar membership in the state where the candidate resides and in Washington or California required
