Role OverviewThe Senior Professional Services Representative will work closely with the Services team to set PowerSchool customers up for ongoing success through post-implementation support, troubleshooting, consultation on system setup options, and training on features and functionality. The team offers cross-portfolio support, all while meeting organizational objectives for revenue, utilization, and customer satisfaction.
What You Will Do
The Application Consultant is responsible for implementing, configuring, training, and supporting PowerSchool ERP solutions, including both Atrieve and eFinancePlus. This role partners with school districts to translate business requirements, design system solutions, configure applications, and ensure successful adoption of ERP functionality.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Education Administration, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
- 3+ years of ERP implementation, consulting, or application support experience.
- Experience working with ERP software in finance, payroll, human resources, or procurement functions.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience facilitating customer meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
