Role OverviewThe Senior Program and Strategy Manager will analyze, coordinate, and oversee the full portfolio of partnerships and strategic programs, driving execution, tracking performance against OKRs/timelines, and delivering leadership-level reporting and insights. This role will identify project/program needs by leading research, strategy, and opportunity assessments for new and emerging growth areas, shaping the team's long-term timeline, roadmap, and investment priorities.
What You Will Do
The Senior Program and Strategy Manager will define team workflows, tools, and operating models to improve efficiency, streamline cross-functional collaboration, and support scalable program delivery. This role will plan, schedule, and lead the implementation of cross-functional G2M planning post-deal signature, aligning marketing, music, product, sales, and engineering teams to bring new programs and partnerships to market.

Requirements

- Experience in building dashboards and reports to gather and process large quantities of data
- Experience in project management and data analysis
- Experience in using Excel, Tableau, Adobe Analytics, Looker, SQL, Python, or R to derive data relationships and insights

- Salary Range: $155,854 - $208,800 per year
- Domestic and international travel required up to 10%
