Role Overview

The Sr. Program Control Analyst reports to the Director of Finance and Accounting. The Sr. Program Control Analyst will support the development of budget baselines and maintain cost/schedule integration; support preparation of budgets, schedules, and EAC’s; perform and/or assist in financial performance analyses and visibility reporting; support variance analysis reports.

What You Will Do

Prepare project budgets, monitor and control costs and schedules on projects. Perform analysis and prepare reports to ensure that projects are within agreed-upon budgets and cost control guidelines. Analyze variances/trends and develop new methods and process techniques.

Must be analytical, possess strong communication and presentation skills and have the ability to work independently as well as a member of a team. Experience in a federal contracting environment, that includes FAR/DFAR or other government regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of professional experience or Master’s degree with 6+ years of professional experience
  • Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or Business Administration
  • Significant experience with MS Office Suite
  • Experience in a federal contracting environment, that includes FAR/DFAR or other government regulations
  • Must have experience working with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Supply Chain, Contracts, Operations, Manufacturing, etc.) in a matrixed organization
