Role Overview

The selected individual will advise Government program leadership across the acquisition lifecycle, PPBE and resource-management processes and will develop decision-quality financial and programmatic information supporting major Intelligence Community acquisition programs.

What You Will Do

The PCA will conduct IPBS, UFRs, source-selection reasonableness/realism, probable cost, CFSRs, closeout, EAC and financial modeling.

The PCA will support program budgeting, financial planning, execution, acquisition analysis, spend plans, funding profiles, forecasts and resource-allocation recommendations; provide PPBE/NIP/MIP support; support IPBS and UFR development and resolution; conduct or support source-selection cost reasonableness and realism analyses and probable-cost development; evaluate CFSRs and program financial performance; perform EAC and proposal financial modeling; support contract funding, modifications and closeout; advise Government leaders regarding cost, funding, resources and program execution; and develop expert-level spreadsheet analyses and decision products.

Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI with current CI Polygraph
  • Related BA/BS plus at least 12 years directly supporting IC/DoD acquisition programs, or at least 18 years qualifying experience in lieu of a degree
  • Required Major Systems Acquisition-level experience
  • Recent experience, including within the past five years, supporting an integrated Government/contractor team involved in TCPED of persistent GEOINT phenomena
  • Recent experience providing senior leaders decision-quality information supporting money/manpower resource-allocation decisions affecting high-visibility NSG programs
  • Demonstrated IC acquisition/program-control knowledge
  • Expert spreadsheet/financial-modeling capability
  • Ability to work primarily onsite in Aurora, Colorado
  • Strong executive communication and independent analytical judgment

Benefits

  • Anticipated salary range: $165K to $190K annually
