Role OverviewThe Senior Program Director oversees the development of staff, Aquatics, Membership, and Youth & Family programs, finances, and daily operations of the branch. The role acts as a liaison to the community, advocating for YMCA programs and events, and provides support to the Branch Director.
What You Will Do
Recruit, hire, train, develop, and manage a high-performing staff, develop and implement high-quality programs, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with YMCA standards and methods of operation.
