Job Description

The Senior Program Financial Analyst role is a key partner to Program Management, Engineering and Business Development, responsible for ensuring strong financial planning and disciplined execution across complex government and commercial programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 4 years of program & financial analysis experience in the Aerospace & Defense sector
  • U.S. Citizenship required due to ITAR regulations & the ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance
  • Familiarity with DoD contract types (CPFF, FFP, T&M) and government regulations (FAR, DFARS)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (e.g., Costpoint, SAP, Unanet)
