Role OverviewThe Boeing Company is seeking a highly skilled, motivated, and collaborative Senior Program Management Integrator to join our Air Proprietary Program Integration Office team. The role will support a cross-functional team and development of project plans, and deliverables in support of daily program execution. The Senior Program Management Integrator will work directly with integrated product teams (IPT) to meet cost, schedule, quality and technical objectives and ensure customer requirements are achieved.
What You Will Do
Develops strong relationships with program team and supporting functions across organizational boundaries, oversees and drives execution of all key Program Management Best Practices (PMBP), and ensures seamless coordination of deliverables, communication, and PMBP within program IPTs.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 5+ years of experience with the implementation and use of Program Management Best Practices
- Led a team who executed government required Earned Value Management (EVM)
- 5+ years of experience managing complex development projects from inception thru fielding / sustainment transition
- 5+ years of experience in collaborating and integrating various functional groups such as manufacturing, engineering and supplier management
