Job Description
TP-Link Systems Inc. is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead software and cloud service development programs for its Enterprise product portfolio, including Gateways, Wireless Access Points, Switches, and Surveillance systems. The role requires technical credibility, efficiency, and strong leadership to enable successful launches of Enterprise-grade networking products while maintaining exceptional quality standards and meeting aggressive time-to-market goals.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in managing enterprise networking or embedded systems product development programs
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, computer engineering, networking, or relevant field
  • Proficiency in Agile development process and familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, and MS Project
  • Bilingual English / Mandarin verbal and written skills
