Role OverviewThe Senior Program Manager will lead technology transformation across the platform, translating strategic priorities into executable roadmaps, establishing governance and delivery discipline, and orchestrating work across engineering teams, external vendors, and business stakeholders.
What You Will Do
Own end-to-end delivery of large, cross-functional technology programs, manage program scope, schedule, budget, dependencies, and risk, and communicate status, risks, and trade-offs to Executive Steering committee audiences.

Requirements
- Demonstrated delivery of complex, multi-year platform or transformation programs at enterprise scale in Private Markets or Asset Management
- 15+ years leading large-scale technology and business transformation programs in asset management or financial services
- Deep command of program/project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) and tooling (Jira, MS Project, or equivalent)
- Proven ability to lead through influence in a matrixed organization
- Demonstrated fluency with AI tools, and experience overseeing delivery of AI-enabled initiatives alongside traditional technology and process workstreams
- Deep understanding of financial markets and financial industry workflows
- Strong financial acumen and vendor/commercial management experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, technology, or a related field
