Role OverviewThe Senior Program Manager will lead large-scale Application Development and Maintenance (ADM) programs across SAP, Java, Data, and Salesforce platforms for a utilities customer. This role is responsible for end-to-end delivery governance, client engagement, financial management, and cross-technology coordination in a global delivery model. The position is client-facing and requires fluency in English and Spanish.
What You Will Do
Own end-to-end program delivery for ADM engagements covering development, enhancements, and production support. Manage scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues across SAP, Java, Data, and Salesforce portfolios.

- Excellent client-facing and executive communication capabilities
- Fluency in English and Spanish (mandatory)
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- PMP, PgMP, Agile, SAFe, or ITIL certifications preferred
- SAP, Salesforce, or Cloud certifications are a plus
