Role OverviewThe Senior Program Manager will lead a portfolio of critical, large-scale digital and self-service solutions by establishing and maturing the delivery service organization. This role is accountable for contributing to and executing a clear vision by adapting and building an agile-minded culture to meet our Digital and Self-Service product strategy.
What You Will Do
The incumbent will initiate and plan IT projects, work with strategic business and executive IT management to establish project goals and business cases, and partner with IT BRMs to understand ongoing project demand and balance against capacity.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree / master's degree preferred
- Minimum 13 years of experience in delivering large scale IT solutions in an enterprise digital landscape
- Experience or familiarity with technologies and best practices in areas not limited to: Digital Marketing, eCommerce, web content management, mobile solutions, social engagement
- Experience managing complex programs involving multiple projects managers and cross-functional development/testing teams
- Strong leadership skills, having knowledge of software development practices (e.g. Agile/Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence) and the ability to lead Agile programs
- Excellent oral and written communication, presenting, meeting facilitation, negotiation, decision making, and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in matrix global organization with strategic sourcing partners where success requires broad orchestration of resources and services
