Role OverviewThe Sr. Program Manager will support the deployment and management of environmental training programs for operations associates and leadership throughout North America. This role will drive the expansion and growth of our global environmental training programs, devising strategies, fostering partnerships, and executing initiatives to enhance the program's reach and impact.
What You Will Do
As a Sr. Program Manager, you will work across teams to collaborate, generate buy-in, develop and execute to a plan. You will drive the expansion and growth of our global environmental training programs, crafting large-scale global training program strategies, encompassing training design, roadmaps, gap analysis, financial planning, communication, and launch plans in a dynamic and diverse business environment.

Requirements
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience working cross functionally with non-tech teams
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Knowledge of global environmental, health and safety regulations
- Bachelor's degree in safety, environmental, or equivalent field of study
