Role OverviewThe Senior Program Manager for the Netflix GenAI team will help prioritize the team's work, drive GenAI adoption across the broader Netflix Games organization, and support product engineering workstreams through detailed milestone planning and agile development processes.

Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in program management and/or product management, focused on technology portfolios
- 5+ years of experience in the games industry
- Product management experience, identifying user needs, defining product strategy & roadmaps, running development workstreams
- Experience in games industry partner engagements or business development, defining projects, SOWs, deliverables, and overseeing project deliveries
- Experience managing technical vendor engagements - defining scope of work, staffing plans, and deliverables, and tracking vendor performance against SOW terms
- Experience & deep understanding of games business operations & data needs, defining content for decision making, greenlight, gate review processes
- Strong hands-on experience working with AI technologies such as Claude Cowork, ChatGPT, M365 Copilot
- Ability to develop custom skills, tutorials, communication materials including written, interactive, video
- Proven ability to design and implement tool adoption frameworks, methodologies, and toolkits from the ground up — not just apply pre-built approaches
- Comfort translating ambiguous technical goals into structured project plans with clear milestones, owners, and dependencies
- Experience convening & facilitating employee communities, to drive new initiatives and employee engagement
- Experience in executive and employee presentations, storytelling and communications — able to distill complex changes into clear, compelling narratives
- Expertise in developing and executing multi-channel communication plans and stakeholder engagement strategies for global, cross-functional audiences
- Demonstrated ability to manage change at a portfolio level — balancing multiple concurrent programs and proactively identifying change saturation risks
- Exceptional facilitation skills; experience designing and leading workshops, readiness assessments, and cross-functional alignment sessions
