What You Will Do
Own the fleet capacity planning program end-to-end, design and implement decision-making frameworks, lead cross-functional initiatives, build and maintain metrics ecosystem, develop scalable mechanisms, and influence stakeholders.

Requirements
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- 5+ years of supply chain management experience, or Bachelor's degree
- Experience building and scaling operational mechanisms
