Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead complex, multi-plant programs in our School Bus, Commercial Bus, and Furniture manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will have experience in program management, leadership, and finance, with a background in transportation, automotive-adjacent, or regulated manufacturing. Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of experience managing complex programs in manufacturing environments
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives with executive visibility
  • Strong experience implementing stage-gate or structured program management systems
  • Background in transportation, automotive-adjacent, or regulated manufacturing
  • Multi-site or multi-plant program leadership experience
  • PMP certification required
  • Lean Six Sigma or Agile certification a plus
