Role OverviewThe Senior Program Manager will work in LiFEsports at the College of Social Work, coordinating, managing, and implementing community outreach, engagement, and educational programs in Central Ohio and surrounding communities. The role will assist the LiFEsports Associate Director in research and implementation of community-based outreach programs and interventions.
What You Will Do
The Senior Program Manager will design and implement staff recruitment strategies, conduct a staff selection process, and provide performance management feedback for all outreach programming staff members. They will also assist with research and conduct community outreach programs and interventions to engage participants for year-round and seasonal camps and clinics.

Benefits
- Annual salary range $58,700 to $77,200
