Role OverviewThe Senior Program Manager serves as the senior delivery leader for the program, holding overall accountability for contract performance, team coordination, stakeholder relationships, and quality outcomes. The core objective is to have a program leader who combines business ownership with delivery leadership. The Senior Program Manager will own the program's P&L, staffing, and Statement of Work (SOW) execution, while guiding and leading product and customer strategy, delivery methods, and use of emerging technology.
What You Will Do
Hold overall accountability for contract delivery, quality, and stakeholder communication across all program workstreams. Own product vision and strategy for the program. Ensure integration between technical and user research, customer needs, and contract scope.

Requirements
- 9+ years of relevant program management experience and a Bachelor's degree, or equivalent additional experience in lieu of a degree
- Demonstrated experience leading successful delivery across product, design, and technical domains
- Demonstrated comfort with ambiguity and invention including new models, clients, domains, and technologies
- 4+ years of experience managing technology service delivery projects in a public sector or commercial contracting environment
- Must meet federal suitability requirements and pass a background investigation as a condition of employment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to lead through conflict and resolve issues while maintaining delivery momentum
