Role OverviewLead program execution, personnel, and growth within the Mission IT and Engineering (MIE) Division. Responsible for delivering complex NASA and related government programs while shaping strategy, supporting capture efforts, and ensuring strong customer engagement.
What You Will Do
Lead multi-disciplinary teams, own full lifecycle delivery of programs, manage personnel, develop and maintain strong customer relationships, and support business development and capture efforts.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of experience OR Master’s degree with 10+ years of experience
- Proven experience leading programs to cost, schedule, and performance objectives
- Proven experience staffing engineering and scientific positions
- Proven experience managing teams, and personnel
- Experience supporting U.S. Government and/or NASA programs
- U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain required clearance
- Background in space systems, mission engineering, communications, or operations
