Role OverviewThe Senior Program Manager will support the Senior Director of Applications and Tenancy Administration in advancing key priorities related to housing applications and tenancy operations. This role provides strategic, analytical, and operational support to improve performance, ensure compliance, and enhance service delivery.
What You Will Do
Serve as the lead coordinator for ATAD on resident relocations, coordinate the matching and relocation of residents to new units, collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate public facing information, and provide technical assistance related to ATAD's systems.

Requirements
- baccalaureate degree from an accredited college
- two years of experience in community work or community centered activities
