Role OverviewThe Senior Program Manager will lead the execution of the SIA-3 IDIQ, supporting DIA and the broader Defense Intelligence Enterprise, with full authority and accountability for performance, cost, schedule, quality, and risk.

The PM will serve as the single accountable PM for SIA-3 task orders, oversee Task Order Managers, ensure analytic quality and tradecraft compliance, manage program risk, and lead workforce planning.
