Role OverviewThe Senior Program Manager will lead the execution of antenna test and measurement systems, overseeing large, complex, and multi-disciplinary engineering projects. The role requires successful delivery in accordance with technical, financial, and schedule objectives, while serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
What You Will Do
Manage a portfolio of complex engineering commercial Far Field projects, lead cross-functional engineering teams, ensure adherence to programmatic principles, and drive effective use of earned value management and risk registers.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
- 8+ years of management experience, OR Master's Degree with 4+ years of management experience
- Minimum 8 years of program/project management experience, including oversight of complex, cross-disciplinary engineering programs
- PMP certification or equivalent (required to be obtained within 6 months of start)
