Senior Program Manager

The Senior Program Manager will lead teams of technical personnel to build Salesforce systems, ensuring effective end-to-end solution design and driving high client satisfaction. This role involves managing complex projects and programs, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with government regulations.

As a Program Manager, you will be the leader, driving delivery in a government client consulting environment. You will be a client manager, coach, mentor, and an accountable program manager with a proven track record of leading deployments of solutions in a federal government contracting Salesforce environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Information Technology and 14+ years of experience
• Proven background in federal government contracting and project management
• PMP Certification
• 10+ Years in Program and Project Management
• 10+ Years experience with technology
• Ability to get a Federal Clearance
• Proficient in Microsoft Project
• Experience leading Salesforce implementations in federal government contracting environments
• Leadership experience
• Proven experience of leading the deployment of enterprise and custom software solutions in client environments
• Demonstrated ability to influence and consult while providing thought leadership to sponsors/stakeholders in solving governance, program/project management, business process and/or technical problems
• Experience defining program scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders
• Experience developing detailed project plans, schedules, and risk management strategies
• Experience generating executive-level reports and dashboards on program health, milestones, and financial performance
• Experience using data-driven insights to identify areas of improvement and recommend optimizations
• Proven experience growing and selling, while delivering
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with strong presentation and facilitation skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversity
• Proven team player and team builder
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Knowledge of government procurement processes, contracts (e.g., GSA schedules, IDIQ), and compliance standards (e.g., FAR, DFARS)
• Experience with managing budgets, task orders, and subcontractor relationships
• Proven experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA)

Benefits

• Annual salary range $150,000 to $225,000
