Role OverviewAs a Senior Program Manager, you'll have a high level of responsibility for the successful execution of an innovative Navy program. You'll lead a talented team in a collaborative work environment where your experience, judgment, and leadership can make a meaningful difference.
What You Will Do
You'll lead overall program execution, including staffing, integrated schedules, funding, risk management, deliverables, and contract requirements. You'll also coordinate subcontractors, teaming partners, and ASEC personnel to ensure effective execution across program activities.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a business or STEM area of study, required. In lieu of a degree, 24 semester hours in Program Management, Accounting, Business Finance, Legal Studies, Contracts, or related fields may be considered.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex Navy or DoD technical programs.
- Experience with cost, schedule, staffing, risk, subcontractor, and technical-performance management.
- Familiarity with distributed training, LVC systems, Navy networks, shipboard integration, or training-system deployment.
- Willingness to lead geographically dispersed personnel and support CONUS and OCONUS operations.
