Senior Program Manager, Organizational Change Management

The Senior Program Manager, Organizational Change Management will lead high-impact, cross-functional change programs that help employees successfully adopt new tools and ways of working. This role owns the end-to-end change management lifecycle for enterprise-wide tool migrations, from building and maintaining a company-wide change network to authoring and deploying multi-channel communications strategies.

What You Will Do

You will work closely with product management, engineering service teams, communications and marketing, and learning and development to ensure that when we change a tool or workflow for 1 million+ employees, those employees understand why, feel prepared, and adopt successfully. Key job responsibilities include cross-functional migration communications, OCM playbook & framework development, migration program management, change network strategy & management, and training, enablement & measurement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of program or project management experience
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
• Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
• 3+ years of change management experience
