Role OverviewThe Senior Program Manager will lead key, strategic projects for large, complex workstreams, identifying, assessing, and prioritizing opportunities based on strategic goals, business needs, and customer value. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced environment, strong technical depth in advertising, video streaming, and/or paid media, and a customer-centric approach. The role requires innovative thinking, effective communication across technical and business stakeholders, and the ability to drive vision, goals, and launch complex products across large organizations.
What You Will Do
The key ownership areas for the role include leading key, strategic projects, mining and analyzing data for metrics and decision support, identifying and removing systemic bottlenecks, ensuring cross-functional dependencies are visible, tracked, and resolved, and consulting with key partners to determine program prioritization.

Requirements
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Experience owning program strategy and end to end delivery
- Experience owning end-to-end programs to drive results
- Experience in written and verbal communication skills to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership
