Role OverviewThe Senior Program Operations Manager will be accountable for all operations associated within the Ground Based Radar Digitization (GBRD) Program. This position will partner with a cross-functional program team and the applicable manufacturing sites (factories) to develop and execute a manufacturing strategy that supports business objectives and drives cost, schedule, and technical performance.
What You Will Do
Partner with program and business leadership to shape, develop and execute the strategies and objectives of the product line to achieve the cost, quality and schedule goals. Drive front end of the business activities including capital strategy & execution and manufacturing strategy (make/buy/where).
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in Operations, Manufacturing, Engineering, and/or Program / Project Management. Experience with manufacturing / shop floor execution and resource planning systems, financial/budgets and/or risk & opportunity management / experience with EACs is required.
