Job Description
This position supports reinsurance and pension risk transfer (PRT) business by building and modernizing internal systems used for reinsurance data processing, reporting, and deal onboarding.

Requirements

  • Develop and maintain Python-based solutions for reinsurance data processing, automation, and reporting
  • Build and support integrations across systems and data platforms to improve reinsurance data quality and availability
  • Partner with business representatives to understand requirements and translate them into system requirements and technical specifications
  • Write readable, reliable, and maintainable code; follow software fundamentals and best practices
  • Test code changes (unit/system), review results with business partners, and ensure changes do not negatively impact other functionality
  • Provide strong customer service to internal and external partners
  • Respond promptly to production issues and participate in the team’s on-call rotation for 24-hour system support
  • Work occasional night/weekend hours to meet delivery timelines when needed
