Job Description
This role is responsible for preparing owner billings in accordance with contractual terms, managing relationships with third party sub-contractors, and identifying areas of financial risk. The position also manages relationships with the project management team to ensure exceptional levels of customer service and prompt payment.

Requirements

  • Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting, preferred in business discipline
  • 5+ years of construction accounting experience
  • Construction or property management experience, preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, set priorities & see projects through to completion
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze issues and recommend solutions
