Role OverviewAs a Senior Project Accountant, you will be responsible for performing intermediate-level accounting duties, including revenue recognition, transactional accounting, complex invoicing, analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting. You will serve as a trusted business advisor to management, providing financial insight and performance. You will ensure the project is in compliance with contractual obligations and work under minimal supervision.
What You Will Do
Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include generating, auditing, and distributing draft invoices and/or credit memos, researching and resolving complex invoice matters, generating and reviewing tax calculations, monitoring cash collections, communicating with clients regarding past due invoices, and providing recommendation to primary internal clients.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Typically 4+ years related experience
- Strong technical knowledge of accounting
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and Black & Veatch Systems
- Knowledge of percent complete accounting, financial statement analysis, and foreign currency terminology and concepts
