Role OverviewAs a Senior Project Administrator at HDR, you will take responsibility for a wide variety of executive-level and specialized project-related administrative and accounting functions. You will work independently and exercise considerable discretion with sensitive and confidential information. You will manage multiple complex paper and electronic files, including high-level documents and records, and compose and develop correspondence and complex reports.
What You Will Do
Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include managing project insurance matters, applying company quality assurance guidelines and procedures, managing project documents and files, answering questions regarding company policies, procedures and guidelines, organizing and coordinating meetings, and assisting with presentations.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- A minimum of 8 years related experience
