Role Overview

As a Senior Project Administrator, you will take responsibility for various executive-level and specialized project-related administrative and accounting functions. You will work independently with sensitive and confidential information, manage complex files and documents, and exercise good judgment and discretion to resolve problems and issues.

What You Will Do

Your main responsibilities will include managing project insurance matters, applying company quality assurance guidelines, tracking and monitoring project budgets and schedules, and handling client invoicing and collections. You will also oversee activities of other administrative project support staff and perform other duties as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • A minimum of 8 years related experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
