Role Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for a wide variety of executive-level and specialized project-related administrative and accounting functions. You will work independently and exercise considerable discretion with sensitive and confidential information. You will also manage multiple complex paper and electronic files, including high-level documents and records.

What You Will Do

Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include taking responsibility for project-related administrative and accounting functions, managing project insurance matters, applying company quality assurance guidelines and procedures, and independently monitoring for quality assurance. You will also work with complex contracts and sub-agreements, track and monitor project budgets, workloads and schedules, and actively participate in project reviews.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • A minimum of 8 years related experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
