Role OverviewWe are seeking a motivated candidate for a full-time Senior Project Associate role, which includes enrollment in our industry-leading Project Management Apprenticeship Program. As a Senior Project Associate & Apprentice, you will report directly to a project leader in a client-facing role that requires strong relationship-building skills.
What You Will Do
Support the generation of estimates and proposals, develop a strong electrical/material vocabulary, and work with your team to ensure the project is built in accordance with design, budget, and schedule.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or IBEW licensed electrician
- Strong computer & Microsoft 365 skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Commitment to developing time management and organizational skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on learning environment
