Role OverviewThis is a Senior Program Analyst position in the Department of Revenue’s Child Support Program Operational Procedures and Training (OPT) process, reporting to the Intra-Departmental Program Administrator. The Senior Project Consultant will serve as Process Owner and Project Lead for Procedures and Training initiatives, coordinate project activities, act as editor supporting the procedures and training teams’ publications, and manage the process’ operational plan and reports.
What You Will Do
Duties include providing independent and complex consultative functions, researching, and recommending methods of implementing changes and improving processes. The Senior Project Consultant will also provide quality assurance of other’s written material in a work environment.
