Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Consultant and Controls Manager to support and lead major transportation and infrastructure projects/programs in Washington. The position requires the ability to work on-site in the greater Seattle area. The role involves driving planning, communications, and reporting across major capital transportation and infrastructure programs, supporting projects, initiatives, organization development, change management, and controls.

The successful candidate will drive planning, communications, and reporting across major capital transportation and infrastructure programs, supporting projects, initiatives, organization development, change management, and controls. They will develop, maintain, control, and analyze project schedules while monitoring project health, measuring progress, and identifying potential risks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience delivering major capital transportation, heavy civil, manufacturing, or infrastructure construction projects
  • Experience leading significant portions of projects exceeding $500 million is preferred
  • Hands-on experience building schedules, coordinating teams, evaluating risk, solving field, operation, staffing, and project execution challenges, and driving successful outcomes
  • Strong knowledge of contract, cost, and schedule controls, constructability, value engineering, reporting, and major capital delivery
  • Excellent communication skills, stakeholder coordination, analytical, team problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with field teams, clients, and executive leadership
