Job Description
HDR is a company that values employee-ownership and diversity. As a Senior Project Coordinator, you will work with a team of planners, engineers, and architects to shape transportation systems and infrastructure. The role involves document management, project coordination, and client communication.
Requirements
Compose, type, format, proofread, edit and organize documents, reports, specifications and correspondence
Create and maintain paper and electronic files
Order insurance and monitor insurance certificates
Assist with developing project guides, and provide information and support for project reviews
Apply company quality assurance guidelines and procedures for project document management
Prepare, organize and assist with contracts and sub-contracts
Coordinate meetings and assist with presentations
Exhibit professionalism with clients
Work closely with multiple Project Managers and project teams
Assist with or prepare project invoices as needed
Perform other duties as needed
